 6.             PETITION AND COMMUNICATIONS

 A.    Report of thePersonnel Committee regarding compensation for the Capital Projects Manager and the Zoning Administrator.

 7.             CONSENT CALENDAR

A.      Recommendation from Personnel Committee:

Approve the recommendation from the Personnel Committee in their preceding report regarding compensation for the Capital Projects Manager and the Zoning Administrator.

B.    Recommendation from City Administrator:                                                                              

Approve the purchase of holiday lights for uptown trees in an amount not to exceed $13,000.00, amend the 2020 budget and appropriations measure, and transfer the appropriate funds, and authorize the City Administrator to effectuate the agreement, and approve any additional change orders not to exceed 10% of the total contract amount.

 C.      Recommendation from City Administrator:

Authorize the purchase of a Dell 5820 computer tower in the amount not to exceed $2,500, amend the 2020 budget and appropriations measure, and transfer the appropriate funds.

D.   Recommendation from City Administrator:

Authorize entering into an agreement with Dymtryka Jacobs Engineers, Inc. for professional services in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00, amend the 2020 budget and appropriations measure, and transfer the appropriate funds, and authorize the City Administrator to effectuate the agreement, and approve any additional change orders not to exceed 10% of the total contract amount.

E.    Recommendation from City Administrator:

Approve a declaration as surplus, and authorize the sale of a Cushman Turf-Truckster on GovDeals.com.

F.    Recommendation from City Administrator:

Approve the second reading of Ordinance 107-2020, which includes changes to Chapter 1125, 1129 and 1141 of the Maumee Zoning Code.

G.   Recommendation from Finance Director:

Approve Ordinance 108-2020 appropriating and transferring funds for various purposes.

 8.   OTHER BUSINESS

A.    Recommendation from City Administrator:

Approve Ordinance 106-2020 amending, modifying and repealing parts of Sections 1105 and 1345 of the Maumee Zoning Code.
