CITY OF TOLEDO: The city of Toledo will host a free Fall Festival to be held October 17

City of Toledo issued the following announcement.

The city of Toledo will host a free Fall Festival, with a pumpkin path pickup and drive-in movie, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 17 near the open air shelter of Ottawa Park.

Children will receive a free bag of candy, and the first 150 will receive a free pumpkin. There will be a marked path to drive through the park to pick up pumpkins being passed out by volunteers dressed in costumes.

Families can watch the movie, Halloweentown, which begins at 7 p.m., in their cars, chairs, or on blankets outside in a socially distanced manner. Due to COVID-19, masks must be worn whenever outside of a vehicle and within six feet of other people. The event is rain or shine.
