Village of Ottawa Hills issued the following announcement.
Halloween Trick or Treating
Trick-or-Treating in the Village will take place on Saturday, Oct 31st from 6 pm to 8 pm. Participants are asked to follow responsible recommendations from the Ohio Health Department, including maintaining social distancing, limiting the number of houses visited and creative ways to distribute candy.
