Accepting Bids for Auditorium A/C Projects

Oregon City Schools issued the following announcement on Jan 26.

The Board of Education of the Oregon City School District will receive sealed bids for the Clay High School and Eisenhower Intermediate School 2022 Auditorium A/C Project until 12:00 p.m. EST on the 11th day of February, 2022, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud at the Board of Education office.

This Notice to Bidders is available at the Oregon City Schools website at  www.oregoncityschools.org.  Information, drawings, specifications, and bid forms are available for purchase from Becker Impressions, 4646 Angola Road, Toledo, OH 43615, phone 419-385-5303, website: www.beckerplanroom.com, for a non-refundable fee of $55.00 per set. There will be a pre-bid walk thru on Thursday, February 3, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at Clay High School, 5665 Seaman Rd., Oregon, OH 43616. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a good and sufficient Bid Bond issued by a reputable bonding company in the amount not less than 10% of the amount of the Proposal and shall be conditioned to secure the Owner from loss or damage by reason of the withdrawal of the Proposal or by failure of such Bidders for any reason whatsoever to enter into a Contract for performance of the work in case his Proposal is accepted by the Owner.  Proposals shall be addressed to Mrs. Jane Fruth, Treasurer, Oregon Board of Education, 5721 Seaman Road, Oregon, OH  43616, and marked Clay High School and Eisenhower Intermediate School 2022 Auditorium A/C Project in the lower left corner on the envelope.  The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
