Oregon Ohio Police Division issued the following announcement on Mar 1.
40 Years ago today Sharon Ward was murdered here in Oregon.
She was just 17 years old at the time of her death. Her case is still being actively investigated and a person of interest has been developed. The city of Oregon has offered a reward in this case.
