Monclova Primary first graders read Balloons Over Broadway: The True Story of the Puppeteer of Macy's Parade by Melissa Sweet to learn about the inventor of the huge balloons that are featured each year in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.
They used this inspiration to design and build their own balloons to parade through the building before fall break.
