We have received many questions and inquiries since our announcement of the new Invoice Cloud payment portal. These more convenient options do come with fees associated with them, however there are still 5 methods by which residents may pay their bills without those fees, which are:
1. ACH Direct Payment: Free Automatic monthly withdrawal on the 15th each month. The ACH Form is available online or at the Utility Billing office and Must be set up with a bank account.
2. Bank Bill Pay: Processed through your bank. Please allow 7-10 days of extra processing time prior to the due date of your Utility Bill because many bill pays are received as a paper check delivered by mail to the City.
3. Utility Payment Box: Located on south side of 400 Conant near of Dudley Street. Check or Money Order only.
4. Pay in Person: 2nd Floor of 400 Conant Street. Check or Money Order only.
5. Mail: Mail payment to 400 Conant Street, Maumee, OH 43537. Check or Money Order only.
