The Toledo Chamber is excited to announce that Alicia Holdren has joined the TRCC team as our new Executive Assistant. She will support the efforts of our President/CEO and the administrative department including coordinating meetings of the Chamber Board of Trustees, Executive Committee, and Chamber Foundation. Tell us a little bit about yourself.
I am a mom of 3 children ages 13, 12, and 9. I worked at the Wood County Educational Service Center for 16 years moving up in the company from Student Secretary Assistant all the way to Executive Secretary to the Superintendent. I graduated from Lake High School and Penta Career Center and received a certificate in Administrative Assistant. I went on to Owens Community College and graduated with my Associates in Applied Business.
What brought you to the Chamber?
I was looking to branch out outside of education and learn more of the business world.
What do you hope to accomplish in your role at the Chamber?
I am hoping to gain new skills and a lot of knowledge as the Executive Assistant with the Chamber.
What do you look forward to doing in your role?
I am looking forward to making connections with our members as well as see the work that goes into the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce.
What is your proudest career achievement?
I would have to say my proudest achievement so far would be moving up in the Wood County Educational Service Center all the way from Student Secretary Assistant to the Executive Secretary to the Superintendent.

Fun fact would be in 2020 I received the Outstanding Alumni award at Penta Career Center.
What is your favorite book or movie?
My favorite books lately have been Colleen Hoover
What is your favorite meal or food?
I love Mexican food especially queso and chips.
Tell us about some of your favorite hobbies or things you are passionate about.
I am a huge fan of the Detroit Tigers and Cleveland Browns. Most of my weekends are spent at the baseball fields watching my son play travel.
