Stephen Betcher is one of our own local military heroes. A combat vet who served three tours in Iraq and ultimately came home after being honorably discharged. He also earned a purple heart. Yesterday, Stephen and his family loss their beloved Lennox.
Lennox was instrumental in assisting Stephen after serving our country. Many of our service men/women experience some form of PTSD and family pets usually play a huge part in lessening depression or triggers that a veteran may struggle with. The LCSO and our community in Northwest Ohio are strong supporters of our veterans. We would ask that everyone take a moment to show the Betcher family some support and appreciation, as well as honor Lennox for the service he provided.
