The City of Maumee is accepting applications through Friday, March 3, 2023 for the position of Municipal Prosecutor reporting to the City Administrator. The Municipal Prosecutor is responsible for prosecuting all cases brought before the Maumee Municipal Court for criminal offenses, all administrative and operational responsibilities associated with managing the Prosecutor’s office and developing administrative and operational policies and procedures. Acts as an advisor to law enforcement, to anticipate legal problems and objections. Community involvement by attending and making presentations at community events, schools, and other group activities.
