Keep an eye on Friday.

Depending on your favorite and local weather “Nostradamus” you follow. Most have touted and teased the word SNOW for the end of the week. Seems kind of boring compared to the previous “thunder sleet” with lighting we had. Regardless, an encore of snow should be expected now and into the foreseeable future. We will probably be in a melt and repeat pattern.

As always, I cannot promise if a snow advisory will be implemented or if school cancellations will occur. Also, please do not call the local news media to have me personally override a weather related “advisory level.” I don’t control that, but feel free to ask for the manager.

JUST IN CASE: When the weather is questionable. A really effective plan of action is, "leaving early" to give yourself some extra time to get to your destination. Let’s be honest, this is seldom employed but it does work. Remember to drive with care, slow down, turn on your headlights, and maintain some distance between you and other drivers.

Keep an eye to the sky,
