Whitehouse Fire Department issued the following announcement on Feb 24.
We want send a big THANK YOU to the folks at https://huggableimages.com/! Our car seat dolls are an invaluable tool for our Carseat Techs and new parents. We have one complete set and our most used doll was showing some wear and tear on his leg (He is 10 years old!). We sent him all the way to Kansas for some repair work. Not only did they make the repair, but they sent him back with a friend!!!
