On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Anthony Wayne High School standout Emily Liskai’s current college team, the West Texas A&M Buffaloes, won 8-7 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the UCCS Mountain Lions.

The game took place at Schaeffer Park. This was their second matchup against the Mountain Lions this season.

The Buffaloes’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 1:30 p.m. at Schaeffer Park against Lincoln Blue Tigers.
