It is with great sadness that we must announce the passing of retired Police Officer Joe Grayczyk. Officer Grayczyk joined the Oregon Police Division in 1985 and he proudly served the citizens of Oregon for 33 years before retiring in 2018. Officer Grayczyk was the epitome of what an Oregon police officer should be, he was professional, kind, and compassionate. We all appreciate his unwavering dedication to our profession, our agency, and our community through his many decades of service.
Officer Grayczyk leaves behind many kind and loving family members and friends. Officer Grayczyk will be missed by all who were lucky enough to know him, but his legacy will carry on. May he rest in peace.
